R2Ware may not open if the RWS file is exported with a prothesis such as scan body or pathfinder other than a drill core.

Click on the implant to select and right click open the library menu. For this specific case, [Abutment] will be selected to change the pathfinder to a drill core.

Select the narrow, regular, or wide drill core, depending the size of your fixture. Repeat these steps for all of the fixtures that are being planned.

Rotate the drill core window towards the mesial buccal by holding right click and dragging. This is so the drills can be seen during surgery.

After confirming, export the plan by clicking [STL Exporting] at the top right, then [RWS] which is the file for R2 Guide designing, and then [Export].

The RWS file should be saved and visible in the STL section of the R2 Connecter. Double click on the file to begin designing the guide in R2Ware.
